About This Role
- Lead and deliver technical training programs to internal employees, customers, and partners, including classroom, virtual, and onsite formats.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical training content, materials, and assessments related to Frauscher products and railway signaling solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Engineering, Projects) for technical presentations and support digital learning platforms and global training initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters, and Train Detection Technologies.
- Experience in technical training, content development, and customer-facing roles; proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and learning management systems.

- Experienced technical trainer with deep domain expertise in railway signaling and train detection technologies.
- Capable of managing and evolving training programs and content with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences including customers, partners, and global teams, with ability to support digital learning platforms and travel as needed.
