About This Role
- Deliver treasury and cash accounting services including bank reconciliations, clearing transitory accounts, and posting manual entries.
- Manage month-end closure activities related to treasury accounting and prepare related reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements and participate in automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- First hands on experience in a General Ledger (GL) accounting role required.
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong expertise in MS Excel essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within Account to Report (A2R) or treasury cash accounting functions with understanding of GL, monthly closure, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple geographies and global exposure in accounting practices.
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle operational accounting tasks to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
