About This Role
- Manage and maintain daily operations for network faults, configuration changes, and outages on Packet Core nodes, IP switches, routers, and platforms for Enterprise IoT customers across India.
- Provide 24x7 emergency and fault incident support including customer complaint troubleshooting, maintaining resolution SLA and TAT, and delivering root cause analysis (RCA).
- Lead end-to-end POC and UAT testing for new IoT solutions on Packet Core and IP nodes, including proactive issue identification and repeated incident problem management.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in Packet Core or IP domain.
- Willingness to work 24x7 shifts at Pune location with mandatory office presence (no work-from-home).
- Sound understanding and hands-on troubleshooting skills in Packet Core 2G/3G/4G/IoT technologies or IP routing and switching domain.
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) and ability to collaborate and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practical expertise with Packet Core components like GGSN/SGW/PGW/SGSN/MME or IP routing and switching technology.
- Experience working under shift-based operational environments supporting critical network infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and partner stakeholders to resolve complex network issues efficiently.
