About This Role
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage project onboarding, resource coordination, scheduling, inventory requirements, billing, and rollout across multiple organizational functions using IntelliPlan and CRM tools.
- Report on project health, risks, and SLA deliverables; communicate key findings and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, process engineering, or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
- Experience with Supply Chain and Inventory Management is preferable but not mandatory.
- PMP, ITIL Certification or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in leading multiple simultaneous projects and teams within technology or operations environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies based on objective data.
- Skilled communicator able to explain complex issues and build relationships across all organizational levels, including remote teams.
