About This Role
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks and processes, including integration within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Design, write, execute automated tests, analyze test results, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure software quality.
- Mentor team members and establish best practices for automation to enhance overall testing efficiency and coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation with proven leadership in automation projects and framework improvements.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with automated testing tools, preferably Playwright and xUnit or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience integrating automated tests within GitHub Actions pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch with ability to establish standards and best practices.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global technology environments with cross-team collaboration.
- Skilled in both UI (browser) automation and API testing with proficiency in SQL and programming languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python.
