About This Role
- Provision, support, maintain, and improve Hosted Cloud and Managed Services offerings both internally and at client premises.
- Manage multiple client projects related to Hosted and Managed Services with on-call rotation and escalated support duties.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of IBM PowerVS cloud environments, including configuration and troubleshooting of replication and backup tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 or more years experience in an IBMi-related role.
- Experience with IBM iSeries journaling and commitment control, replication software (iCluster, Maxava, Mimix, PowerHA), and Help Systems Halcyon products.
- Hands-on experience managing IBM PowerVS hosted customers; experience with BRMS and eVault required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred; willingness to work weekends and evenings.

- Experienced in managing IBM PowerVS cloud environments and related replication and backup technologies within client-hosted and cloud settings.
- Capable of leading multiple projects and providing technical mentorship in a small team environment.
- Comfortable handling escalated support, innovative problem-solving, and customer service in a technically complex hosting business.
