About This Role
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven agents that manage complex global legal, tax, and compliance workflows.
- Specify agent behaviors and workflows by translating regulatory requirements into measurable agent actions and decision rules.
- Lead customer interviews, prototype workflows with AI tools, and collaborate across engineering and domain experts to deliver reliable compliance outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of product management experience, including taking products or workflows from ambiguous problems through launch and iteration.
- Hands-on experience with AI evaluations, including defining good output, assessing results, and using failures for improvement.
- Advanced proficiency with AI prototyping tools like Claude Code or Codex; effective communication with engineers without needing to code.
- Exceptional spoken and written English; confident customer interaction and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced product manager comfortable working in AI-agentic or compliance-related product environments involving complex regulatory domains.
- Able to balance autonomous agent actions with human control, designing user experiences that handle progress, review, and error recovery effectively.
- Data- and prototype-driven decision maker with strong ownership, comfortable working with domain experts, operations, and customers to continuously refine product behavior and workflows.
