About This Role
- Lead and grow a high-performing data engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and career development.
- Drive design, building, and scaling of analytical data products and platforms enabling company-wide decision-making.
- Own delivery of complex, large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years total experience with 6-8 years as data engineering or related software engineering individual contributor and 4+ years managing data or software teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience delivering large, complex data projects with cross-team dependencies.
- Experience with large-scale, high-performance data processing systems (batch and streaming) and public cloud platforms such as AWS, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, S3, Databricks, Spark/Spark-Streaming.
