About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Financial Reporting and BI features for Fortune 500 clients, accountable for quality and timelines.
- Drive architecture decisions and contribute hands-on code involving Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, .NET/C#, and AI developer tools in a production environment.
- Coach engineering team on AI-first development workflows, code quality, and performance while partnering cross-functionally to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
- 10+ years hands-on backend SaaS development experience with deep database expertise, including architect/principal-level Oracle PL/SQL skillsets.
- At least 2 years engineering team management experience with a track record of growing and retaining senior engineers.
- Proficiency with SQL, Reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), .NET/C# API development, Agile/Scrum, Git branching and CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader who codes at an architect level on complex Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and backend tech stacks, not just managing or approving designs.
- Comfortable integrating and coaching AI developer tooling as standard practice to boost engineering productivity.
- Strong in translating complex financial data requirements into high-quality, scalable enterprise software solutions in a high-stakes SaaS environment.
