About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and APIs for application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and DevOps to ensure deployment and operation of backend services in AWS.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Golang mandatory; Node.js experience is a plus.
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Postgres databases and AWS cloud platform.

- Experienced backend engineer with deep expertise in Java/Golang development and backend system scalability.
- Comfortable working remotely in India in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiar with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in cloud environments.
