About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects on Innovapptive’s Connected Worker Platform using Waterfall methodology.
- Manage project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, UAT, go-live, and closure with control over scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Serve as single point of contact for customer teams and stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional internal teams without direct reports; manage project budgets and contractual commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong and proven Waterfall project delivery experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Software/IT industry required.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS delivery projects within Waterfall frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership as an individual contributor influencing cross-functional teams without direct reports.
- Hands-on with AI tools for improving project documentation, reporting, and decision-making; exposure to EAM or ERP systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle EAM, Infor) is a plus.
