About This Role
- Lead FP&A activities including monthly and quarterly close, analysis, and reporting for US leadership team.
- Create and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly rolling forecasts, providing variance analysis and strategic business insights.
- Partner with GMs and functional leaders to develop and monitor KPIs, driving decisions that impact company performance and growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA with 5-7 years FP&A experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/ IFRS and experience with reporting and budgeting tools; NetSuite financial system experience preferred.
- Experience in month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalents).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS and/or supply chain industries or similar complex environments preferred though not mandatory.
- Capable of working as a strategic business partner, providing actionable financial insights in a fast-growing tech company environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities aligned to big-picture strategic goals.
