About This Role
- Provide governance and oversight for strategic IT and digital initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive IT strategy execution and enterprise architecture contributions aligned with Nayara’s business goals, including cloud architecture governance and digital technology adoption.
- Manage program risks, vendor relationships, change management, and stakeholder communications to deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or equivalent) mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in senior stakeholder management within IT strategy, transformation, or related roles.
- Relevant experience in project management, enterprise architecture, business analysis, or digital transformation essential.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years managing senior stakeholders in enterprise IT strategy or CDIO/CTO office environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise IT strategy, transformation, and governance within large energy or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong ability to independently analyze complex IT-business alignment issues and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Operationally skilled in managing multi-stakeholder programs with a focus on structured project governance, vendor management, and cloud technology enablement.
