About This Role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee data maintenance for Talegaon and Chakan locations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent integration activities in compliance with company policies.
- Support performance management, learning and talent development, HR compliance, audits, and provide operational support to HR Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline; Engineering background is a plus.
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
- Role is on-site requiring work at Talegaon and Chakan offices, Pune, with regular travel between locations.
- Work Experience Required: 5–7 years in HR, preferably manufacturing/engineering sector.

- Experienced in managing comprehensive HR operations within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Capable of handling multi-location HR coordination and compliance-driven recruitment processes.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills oriented towards execution and process improvements.
