About This Role
- Manage all branch operational activities including cash, vault, ATM, locker controls, end-of-day processes, and reconciliations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, prepare for and resolve audit and inspection observations timely.
- Track and improve branch service quality metrics, enforce account opening and KYC accuracy, support sales through cross-selling and digital banking activation, and conduct frontline staff training.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in branch operations.
- Graduate degree required; banking certifications preferred.
- Preferred certifications include JAIIB or CAIIB.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience handling end-to-end branch operations with strong focus on compliance and audit readiness.
- Proven ability to monitor and improve operational service metrics (e.g., TAT, FTR, complaints).
- Comfortable training staff and implementing process and regulatory updates in frontline operations.
