About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs for the platform's evolving needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop new features and shape product/technical roadmaps.
- Maintain high engineering standards and create user-facing technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development.
- Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage.
- Relevant industry experience in banking or fintech, specifically in fraud prevention or compliance.
- Must reside in specified Indian cities: Bangalore, Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Mumbai, or Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building highly available backend APIs at scale with additional skills in data engineering.
- Comfortable working remotely within India and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Customer-centric with strong domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance in fintech/banking sector.
