About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of customized software solutions involving interaction with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Lead application development using Microsoft Technology stack, guiding team members to ensure 'first time right' delivery.
- Participate in global projects while being based in the Pune office with hybrid working arrangements.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of software development experience.
- Strong skills with React or Angular frontend frameworks; backend skills in C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net Web API.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure platform product development; excellent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying OOPS, SOLID principles, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD at scale.
- Able to balance delivery speed with technical debt management, producing high-quality code in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with agile project management and software development lifecycle in large international organizations is preferred.
