About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Python scripting in an AWS cloud environment.
- Lead adoption and effective use of AI-assisted software development tools, ensuring validation of AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement enhancements to improve operational stability and automation within the software development life cycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of formal software engineering experience with applied knowledge in Core Java, REST, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Experience with UI technologies including React, jQuery, HTML, and strong skills in software design principles and debugging.
- Proven skills in AWS cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Kafka, SQL, and persistence frameworks like Spring JPA.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies focused on Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Python, and use of AI-assisted software development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer with strong expertise in cloud-native AWS deployments and modern UI frameworks like React.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and lead AI-assisted development practices within agile team environments while maintaining secure and high-quality code standards.
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as financial services and knowledge of platform engineering or syndicated deals is a plus.
