About This Role
- Identify and develop AI solutions across Captive and Insurance Management Solutions (CIMS) by collaborating with business stakeholders to address pain points and scale pilots into production.
- Design, implement, and integrate AI-enabled solutions utilizing technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and APIs while balancing usability, scalability, security, and responsible AI.
- Measure AI solution impact through metrics such as efficiency, turnaround time, quality, adoption, and capacity released, and create reusable solution patterns for global operations.

- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, Generative AI, automation, or related technology roles with hands-on delivery experience, including moving solutions from concept/pilot to production.
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, enterprise application integration, and a strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and/or intelligent automation.
