About This Role
- Lead design and development of multiple large scale, complex global software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and front-end technologies such as Angular/React.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to globally distributed teams, ensuring high-quality applications focusing on recovery, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Engage with stakeholders across regions (LATAM, EMEA, ASPAC) to manage requirements, risks, and compliance, including security assessments and agile project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience on complex software projects with minimum 5 years leading globally distributed development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, microservices architecture, front-end frameworks (Angular/React), and experience in containerization and application security.
- Experience working with multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Windows), middleware technologies (JMS/MQ), databases (DB2/Oracle/SQL), and agile methodologies.

- Experienced technical leader capable of managing large teams and driving globally distributed agile projects within the financial technology or payment domain.
- Hands-on developer with deep understanding of enterprise transaction-based system design emphasizing stability, scalability, and security.
