About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks and test suites using Python, Pyspark, SQL, and cloud big data technologies on Microsoft Azure.
- Perform manual and automated testing including UI, service validation, and performance testing leveraging DevOps pipelines with tools like Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and develop AI/ML-based automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of applicable software engineering or QA automation experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Pyspark to create scalable big data automation testing frameworks in cloud environments.
- Strong experience in SQL, relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience in UI and services functional testing; knowledge of API microservice automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-based big data automation testing and building automation frameworks specifically in Azure environment.
- Strong technical background combining software testing, automation, performance testing, and data engineering tools like Hive, Databricks, and Airflow.
- Ability to work closely with Agile cross-functional teams focused on continuous integration, deployment, and automation at scale in a retail or consumer insights domain.
