About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions focused on governance, risk, compliance, audit, and resilience.
- Define and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture roadmap, establish platform standards, and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, etc.
- Provide strategic technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mentor teams, and ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and upgrade readiness aligned with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years hands-on designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Resilience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture initiatives with platform integrations and security architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.

- Senior IT professional with proven track record architecting large-scale, regulated ServiceNow IRM/GRC deployments across multi-business units.
- Expert in ServiceNow platform design, data models (CMDB, CSDM), scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts), and enterprise integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Experienced in aligning technical solutions to enterprise risk management strategies and regulatory compliance in global environments.
