About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Document Management Services product, focusing on document generation, search/retrieval, and lifecycle management across multiple business lines.
- Manage dependencies, release management, compliance, stakeholder communication, and operationalization to ensure efficient and accurate document creation processes supporting lending and business operations.
- Use data-driven monitoring and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management to implement document management solutions integrated with banking applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in product delivery, document management, or related domain.
- Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint; advanced computer literacy.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and/or Agentic AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in document lifecycle management including template setup and technologies like API, cloud storage, OCR, and e-signature.
- Demonstrated ability in operational management, change readiness, release management, deployment strategies, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies, project management certifications preferred, and capability to lead multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment.
