About This Role
- Own end-to-end product delivery for Document Management Services (DMS), including intake, dependency, release management, and performance reporting focusing on document generation and lifecycle in lending.
- Manage compliance, change management, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination to ensure efficient, accurate document processes across business lines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement document management solutions integrating banking applications, leveraging data to ensure quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in product delivery, document management, or a related domain.
- Proven operational management skills including change readiness, release management, and conflict resolution.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and/or Agentic AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex product delivery in document or lending-related services within regulated environments.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and communicating complex information clearly to both technical and senior management stakeholders.
- Has hands-on knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies, document lifecycle technologies (API, cloud storage, OCR, e-signature), and product delivery tools for operational excellence.
