About This Role
- Own and deliver key digital enhancements aligned to product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap for Loan lifecycle and Platforms (LIQ).
- Lead Agile-at-scale practices to improve delivery throughput, manage trade-offs, and ensure quality through test management and continuous improvement.
- Drive program governance, release management, stakeholder partnership for target-state operating model, and data insights creation for leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation in financial services, specifically wholesale lending.
- Understanding of Loan lifecycle and Platforms (LIQ).
- Proficiency in Agile tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in wholesale lending processes, digital technologies, and risk/controls within regulated environments.
- Proven ability in change management to drive adoption and measure impact.
- Skilled in data literacy including KPI/OKR design, dashboarding, and executive-level storytelling to influence decisions.
