About This Role
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Finance Accounting, focusing on translating operational finance activity into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Build the core accounting platform including workflows for configuring rules, ERP mapping, posting, and resolving sync failures.
- Lead development of AI-assisted accounting workflows to automate transaction validation, exception identification, failure recovery, and reduce manual close work.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex B2B software.
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial systems or ability to quickly develop fluency.
- Experience building technically complex products involving integrations, data models, or platform infrastructure.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering integrated, technical B2B products requiring close engineer collaboration and data/system problem solving.
- Comfortable setting product direction and making decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise accounting workflows, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct), and month-end close or reconciliation processes.
