About This Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a digital platform optimizing compressor performance and service operations.
- Lead the upgrade and modernization of the digital platform including cloud architecture, data integrations, and user experience.
- Manage and grow the product team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive product delivery using Agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or business qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–14 years of work experience including at least 4 years as Product Owner/Product Manager for digital or industrial software and 3 years managing teams.
- Domain knowledge of compressors, compressed air systems, and service business with digital and technical expertise in IoT, cloud (Microsoft Azure), and data analytics.
- Product Ownership certification (CSPO, PSPO or equivalent); experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban); hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

- Experienced leader capable of driving product vision and modernizing legacy digital platforms in industrial software context.
- Strong business acumen in compressor service domain with technical fluency in Industrial IoT, cloud SaaS, and data-driven optimization.
- Proven ability to manage and coach product teams, engage multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable business and customer impact.
