About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of a Generative AI Agent platform from discovery to production rollout in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Architect enterprise-grade capabilities including orchestration workflows, memory/state management, skill registry, and governance for scalable platform adoption.
- Own success metrics and SLOs, embed observability, continuously optimize reliability, latency, accuracy, and cost, and manage end-to-end delivery including scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Python or Golang.
- Experience deploying and operating production services with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience building and shipping large language model (LLM) or Generative AI applications into production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and delivering agentic workflows with multi-agent patterns and tool/function calling integration.
- Capable of translating complex technical options into clear recommendations and delivery plans for senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at establishing reusable patterns and accelerating developer onboarding with APIs, SDKs, templates, and documentation to enable consistent agent solution delivery across teams.
