About This Role
- Own and manage Server Hosting and Cloud technologies for EMEA IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, compliance, and alignment with strategic IT goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to support operations, automation, incident prevention, and elevate service delivery quality.
- Lead cloud transformation projects focused on Microsoft Azure, mentor support/local IT teams, and ensure adherence to compliance and security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience in cloud hosting and server infrastructure.
- Mandatory ITIL certification; proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows/Linux servers, VMWare, storage (Dell/HP), Veeam, PowerShell, and security technologies.
- Position based in Pune, India with hybrid work arrangement; fluent English communication skills required.

- Experienced IT professional with deep expertise in cloud hosting and server infrastructure within large-scale or global operations in EMEA or similar environments.
- Strong leadership operating style demonstrated by mentoring teams and driving strategic cloud transformation initiatives.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Azure and related infrastructure services, with ability to bridge cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence.
