About This Role
- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the University’s first campus in India, including academic, financial, administrative, and student services.
- Develop and execute campus strategy aligned with global standards to ensure sustainable growth and academic excellence.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, foster strategic partnerships, and drive a high-quality student experience and engagement across campus functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
- 10-20 years of leadership experience in academic administration, higher education management or corporate strategy with exposure to Indian and international education systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex operations in higher education or similar sectors.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in Indian higher education and establishing or scaling educational institutions or branch campuses.

- Strategic leader with proven ability to align local campus operations with a global university vision and standards.
- Experienced in building and managing multifaceted educational operations including academic, financial, and human resource functions.
