About This Role
- Take ownership of Kubernetes platform reliability, performance, and observability in production.
- Work hands-on with Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and infrastructure automation to scale and strengthen platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on architecture, performance tuning, and operational runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Kubernetes experience.
- Mandatory GCP cloud experience; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
- 6-8 years related experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with Master’s, or 1 year with PhD, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Terraform, container lifecycle management, programming (Go, Python, or similar), Linux OS, database optimization, and network troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced platform engineer specialized in Kubernetes and GCP environments with strong operational focus.
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks and contributing to scalable system architecture.
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration involving development, support, and product teams on platform impacts and runbooks.
