About This Role
- Lead financial analysis and modeling to guide strategic business and investment decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and investment due diligence to senior management and clients.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and M&A activities including due diligence and valuation.
Minimum Requirements
- CFA Charterholder mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both public and private investment due diligence, including early-stage companies, VC funds, and real estate.
- Strong analytical capability demonstrated by ownership of complex financial models and scenario analyses.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced corporate or investment environment.
