About This Role
- Oversee Program Management Office and Change Management for CTX IDC transformation including employee engagement and agile transformations.
- Act as Chief of Staff to AVP managing budget, vendor contracts, operations, and cross-functional governance with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other enabling functions.
- Drive workforce engagement strategies, communication, and alignment with technology communities and employee resource groups to deliver horizontal value and organizational initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT software industry.
- Experience in vendor contract management, operations management, program management, and managing large teams and large operations.
- Exposure to US-based clients/partners and ability to collaborate strategically with US stakeholders.
- Location requirement: In-office engagement at Hyderabad (Argus Building, Sattva, Knowledge City).

- Experienced in employee engagement and workforce motivation with demonstrated success creating high-performing teams.
- Skilled in process transformation, performance measurement, and optimization using metrics to drive organizational change.
- Strong communicator with public speaking experience and ability to influence senior management and collaborate across diverse cultures and global teams.
