About This Role
- Support creation, review, and maintenance of functional requirements and related documentation for software features.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams across PST and IST time zones to gather, document, and validate business and user requirements.
- Independently perform assessments such as impact and gap analyses, and assist in evaluating implemented functionality against requirements under senior guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting development, documentation, and maintenance of business or software requirements.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, including experience with requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Experience collaborating across multiple time zones (PST and IST) and working under senior direction.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in requirements management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience creating business analysis artifacts like user stories, use cases, and process flows, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Jira, or equivalent.
- Background in regulated industries like healthcare or medical devices, with bonus points for experience with St. Jude Medical/Abbott Pacemakers and related devices.
