About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of BlackLine implementations and enhancements, ensuring timely deployment with minimal business disruption.
- Lead functional workshops and requirements gathering; document and design future-state business processes and BlackLine configurations.
- Architect and partner on BlackLine integrations with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle EBS R12, JD Edwards, and support data migration, testing, and finance transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years hands-on BlackLine implementation and support experience, including at least three full lifecycle implementations as Functional Solution Architect or Lead.
- Proven experience configuring BlackLine modules, especially Intercompany and financial close processes, plus integration experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle EBS R12, JD Edwards, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with data migration, SOX controls, audit readiness, and controlled change management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced functional lead skilled in BlackLine configuration, integration architecture, and finance process redesign within complex ERP environments.
- Candidates with demonstrated ability to handle cross-functional finance transformations and multi-region/global implementations.
- Preferably holds BlackLine certification or has undergone equivalent product training; familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
