About This Role
- Identify and analyze business process inefficiencies using RPA and process mining tools to find automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation solutions.
- Support execution phases including documentation, testing, UAT, and post-implementation improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in RPA or process automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with at least one Process Mining tool: Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform Process Mining, UiPath Process Mining, or equivalent.
- Location: Hyderabad; Notice period: Immediate availability required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to map and analyze complex business processes specifically using RPA and process mining platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and development teams in automation initiatives.
- Analytically strong with demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process optimization.
