About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR policy development and implementation.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, performance appraisal, and coordinate training and orientation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: B.Com/BBA in HR or MBA in HR.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in HR field preferred.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Kothrud, Pune.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused on supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and training coordination.
- Comfortable working full-time in an office environment with strong organizational skills.
- Has relevant HR educational background and some practical HR experience.
