About This Role
- Drive outcome-oriented delivery in a scaled agile environment focusing on value delivery and organizational agility.
- Manage delivery flow including cadence alignment, delivery metrics, risk and dependency management, and facilitation of quarterly planning events.
- Coach and mature teams towards behavior-driven outcomes, implement agile best practices, and configure Jira for delivery transparency.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-18 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance, or equivalent technical experience.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery, engineering enablement, and tooling (Jira, Power Automate, CI/CD telemetry).
- Certifications such as LeSS, SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaled agile frameworks and proven ability to optimize delivery flow and team performance.
- Skilled in configuring and leveraging delivery tools and analytics for transparency and continuous improvement.
- Strong operational focus on aligning delivery with product roadmaps and organizational OKRs for measurable outcomes.
