About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and SaaS implementation programs involving AI-powered chatbots, voicebots, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
- Translate customer requirements and business objectives into detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies while managing risks and ensuring quality and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications, including conducting business and executive reviews, managing multiple enterprise programs, and mentoring delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or enterprise technology delivery including at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead role.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Location: Bengaluru; Job Type: Full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale AI and SaaS implementations with strong expertise in Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder management including CXO engagement.
- Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong skills in risk management, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
- Demonstrates leadership in mentoring project managers, driving delivery excellence, and focusing on measurable business impact and customer success.
