About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI applications and backend services using Python and Rust, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, tool-calling, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and agent orchestration.
- Own end-to-end engineering initiatives including deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Rust for backend and AI system development.
- Experience with LLM-powered applications, AI agents, production AI systems, and integrating model APIs and inference services.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, automated CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer with strong fundamentals in API design, asynchronous processing, databases, and service architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex AI system engineering projects end-to-end, including deployment and operations.
- Domain expertise in modern AI technologies such as RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool-calling, agent orchestration, and hands-on knowledge of building scalable AI platforms.
