About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics projects from business question framing to model building and presenting actionable findings.
- Clean, validate, and transform large datasets using SQL (BigQuery) and Python; develop and evaluate machine learning models (LightGBM, TensorFlow).
- Create Tableau dashboards for monitoring; document methods and code for reproducibility and team use.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years work experience in data science or related fields.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Experience with machine learning model building and evaluation (using tools like LightGBM, TensorFlow).
- Fluency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and ability to verify their outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to own analytics problems end-to-end and support business decisions with clear communication.
- Comfortable working with large-scale data systems and documenting reproducible code and model assumptions.
- Experienced in applying statistical methods and building data visualizations to answer clear business questions.
