About This Role
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to virtualization, networking, Linux systems, and cloud technologies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with development teams and technology partners to identify product defects, improve serviceability, and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to knowledge bases, and provide rotational support coverage including weekdays and off-hours as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong technical expertise in Virtualisation (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (layer 2/3), Linux Systems, DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Work location hybrid with minimum 3 days/week in Pune office; no travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling direct customer technical support for complex systems reliability issues in virtualization and networking environments.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with collaborations across development and partner teams like VMware, Citrix, Microsoft.
- Capable of mentoring juniors and driving internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.
