About This Role
- Own strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement of OpenText SMAX and related ITSM platforms within a large enterprise environment.
- Lead design and governance of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA, Knowledge, and CMDB processes including integrations via REST APIs with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, manage platform roadmap, release management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, security, and audit.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management and Enterprise Platform Engineering.
- 5+ years experience with OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and governance initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior ITSM leader with deep expertise in OpenText SMAX and ITIL v4 process governance.
- Strong skills in enterprise integrations (REST APIs) and technical platform ownership including modernization initiatives.
- Experience reducing external vendor dependencies and leading cross-team collaboration in governance and transformation projects.
