About This Role
- Act as the Business Systems Analyst bridging business stakeholders and technical teams for enterprise data and cloud platform projects.
- Define and document detailed business, functional, and data requirements specifically for Azure-based data platforms using technologies like ADLS, Databricks, and SQL.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define data models, data quality standards, validation rules, KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis with focus on data-driven initiatives.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure data ecosystem including ADLS, Databricks, and SQL.
- Experience in defining data requirements, data modeling, and supporting cloud transformation or data modernization projects.
- Bachelorโs or masterโs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting large-scale enterprise data platform and cloud transformation initiatives with hands-on knowledge of Azure components.
- Skilled in translating complex business needs into detailed technical and functional requirements with strong stakeholder and cross-team coordination.
- Well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies with ability to manage competing priorities across distributed teams.
