About This Role
- Lead and execute complex functional, automated, integration, regression, and performance testing for enterprise ecommerce releases.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright, Tosca) and run automated regression and load/stress test suites.
- Provide senior technical guidance and mentorship to QA engineers, lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness reviews to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in quality engineering across functional, automated, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Proficient with test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Tosca, including automated regression and load/stress testing.
- Experience in test strategy execution, complex test scenario design, test data management, defect analysis, root cause support, and release validation.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in senior quality engineering roles supporting enterprise ecommerce and Agile delivery models.
