About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions driving productivity and measurable business value.
- Serve as technical authority on AI-enabled applications including LLM integration, intelligent automation, and modern software engineering best practices.
- Define solution architectures, conduct technology evaluations, oversee engineering standards, and troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in Java and/or Python, software architecture, cloud native applications (AWS), and enterprise integrations.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana (work onsite or hybrid as per company policy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and integrating AI solutions including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with UiPath automation platforms and AWS cloud services aligned to scalable, secure, and resilient application delivery.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, defining solution architectures, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating effectively with product and business stakeholders in regulated or financial services contexts.
