About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using C#/.NET Core and Python frameworks.
- Build and optimize robust APIs (ASP.NET Core Web API, FastAPI/Flask/Django) integrating with databases and external systems.
- Collaborate on architecture, security implementation, and CI/CD with cross-functional teams; mentor junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-8 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on C#/.NET development and 2-3 years Python development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Experienced in building scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed backend systems using modern microservices design.
- Strong technical leadership ability demonstrated by mentoring and leading technical initiatives.
