About This Role
- Plan, design, execute, and document functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing to validate software releases against business requirements and integrations.
- Manage defect identification, reporting, retesting, and ensure reliable release validation for assigned scope to meet quality and timeline commitments.
- Support Agile delivery by collaborating with engineers and product teams, contributing to delivery planning and continuous improvement using AI-assisted test case generation tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on software testing experience including functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with API testing, web and mobile testing, and test data preparation.
- Working knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile delivery, and release validation processes.
- Experience testing ecommerce or omnichannel customer journeys and integrations in an Agile release cadence.

- Demonstrates strong quality ownership with focus on reliable release validation and defect management.
- Experienced in Agile environments collaborating closely with product and engineering teams for continuous delivery.
- Skilled in risk-based and exploratory testing and using AI-assisted tools to optimize test coverage while maintaining quality standards.
