About This Role
- Own engineering strategy and execution for Ads Quality systems including signal processing, model execution, decisioning, feedback, and measurement.
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable real-time, nearline, and offline systems processing large volumes at global scale.
- Lead and grow senior engineers and managers, driving architectural simplification and high engineering standards across multiple organizational boundaries.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent technical depth.
- Significant leadership experience managing senior engineers, engineering managers, or large engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, decision systems, or large-scale data platforms.
- Experience building production systems operationalizing machine learning models at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to lead senior engineering and management teams in complex, large-scale system development.
- Deep understanding of operational trade-offs around latency, throughput, reliability, cost, observability, and safety in production AI/ML systems.
- Strategic thinker able to drive architectural simplification and cross-organizational programs in a high-bar engineering culture.
