About This Role
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the Student Agency program in a district block, partnering with Block Academic Coordinator, Cluster Academic Coordinator, and teachers to achieve program goals.
- Maintain and build relationships with state, district, and government officials, and coordinate with other civil society organizations to ensure program buy-in and sustainability.
- Lead documentation, data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts monthly for stakeholders including funders and government bodies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the education sector with team management experience.
- Undergraduate degree required; master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Hindi (verbal and reading).
- Role requires frequent onsite travel within Sambhal (Uttar Pradesh) and interaction with schools and government offices.
